Course Description: (Formerly MAT 117 Elements of Calculus) An intuitive and elementary treatment of differential and integral calculus with emphasis on polynomials, powers, exponential and logarithmic functions. Applications from the social sciences, biology, medicine, ecology, physics, business and economics.
